A timeless combination of fresh spring onion and Farmhouse Cheddar perfectly blended by hand.

First we select the perfect Farmhouse Cheddar, usually around 4 months mature. Then we grate it up adding approximately 40 fresh spring onions to a whole cheese (27kg). It really is that simple. No artificial flavourings, colours or tricks of any kind. Just pure natural flavour.

    Lovely tangy cheese, spring onion not too strong. Lovely on crackers.
